Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID where applicable.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are applicable only when the product is received damaged, subject to verification and approval.

A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any damage-related return or refund request.

Customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide the order details along with the complete unboxing video.

Our team will review the request and, if the claim is approved, provide further instructions regarding the return or refund process.

Requests without a valid unboxing video or requests submitted after the 5-day period may not be eligible.
